Honey Latte Recipe

This warm beverage will keep you feeling toasty for hours. Added bonus if you can get flavored coffee.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. honey 
  • 18 oz. Coffee grounds for espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 8 oz. milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Pour honey into the coffee cup.
  2. Brew espresso or coffee, depending on your method.
  3. Pour hot coffee into a cup and stir well.
  4. Add milk to pitcher; steam if using an espresso machine. Warm in the microwave or on the stove. 140* is the ideal temperature for milk (If using a steam wand, typically when the pitcher is too hot to hold, it means it’s time to take it off).
  5. If warming in the microwave or stove, froth the milk once warmed.
  6. Add milk to the honey-coffee mixture, and enjoy!
