2 cup oats
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325* F
Combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over low heat until combined and coconut oil is fulled melted.
Mix the oats and pecans together in a large bowl.
Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and fully combine.
Add mixture to a cookie pan with parchment paper or a silpat on it, spread thin, and bake for 20 minutes.
